My buddy is FINALLY getting into pc gaming and he has a budget of $1100! he's going to be gaming and doing some video stuff, nothing too hardcore on that end (although with the budget im sure it'd be enough anyways) so yeah! anyhelp is greatly appreciated thank you "edit we are in the US"

Okay whats up so i need to know the best parts for my brothers PC its going to be his 18th birthday and he alwasy wanted a dope gaming PC. He wants to game, eidt and record for youtube, and he will be going to college soon for coding and stuff like that not sure if any specs really effect that but i thought id throw it in there budget is $1200 MAX cant go over at all i know i want it to have a 1060 or preferably 1070 if you guys can figure out a build good for that Thank you in advance
