#solved it ,,, I fixed by going to Intel HD Graphics Control Panel (Yes INTEL not nVidia), then Display -> Scaling -> check "Scale Full Screen "override application settings"

i did do that first thing, mostly where about drivers and the xbox dvr and some saying switch to windows 8 from 10, i dont have the geforce experience so thats not a problem

no its not, its good fps in csgo gta v doom, all games except overwatch, ill try to find a solution, if not ill reinstall it and see, ty
