the helium  will not make a difference unless it causes the platters to spin faster which in this case is not what is happening because the force you feels is all through the axis that it rotates on and momentum not air density 

now I kind of want to make a gyroscope from  an old hdd running slower of course.

It's probably just a coincidence. Run Memtest overnight and see if it shows any memory errors.
 

So I keep getting the memory management bsod (Like 5 times today) and ran the windows (am in the process of running) memory test. I am only 18 percent throught and it says that there are "Hardware issues detected. Contact your computer manufacturer to resolve these issues.". I have emailed myself serveral times and still haven't come up with a solution. (Kidding. I'm not stupid.) I built it about 8 months ago and havent dropped it or anything ever. It hasnt even been moved recently. Specs are in my account/bio thing. Thanks in advance.

I currently only got a few years old laptop with 4GB of RAM  So I wanted to build something that lets me do my stuff nice and smooth and that keeps up for a good while.

That is certainly by far the best analogy for Apple that I have ever heard.

If Apple invented toilet roll, it would only come in 1 ply, it would cost the same as luxury roll, and do half the job, but would have a pretty little logo which took up even more absorption.
 
People would defend it, those who could see it for what it was would ridicule it.

Wasnt planning on getting a 970 unless the PSU could for sure 100 percent run it. Just thought it was a good deal. But I do need a GPU. Currently running an ancient GT 610 because I ran out of money.

It will not. Look at the Cryorig H7. About the same price as the 212 Evo, but it's 145mm tall and will fit (you have 150mm clearance), it's quieter, and it performs a little better.

And how we've domesticated such weird animals, amirite?

Thanks. I love how it always takes 30 minutes of different opinions to come to the same conclusion. Seriously, if someone from the 1850s came here today, the hardest thing for them to believe is that we have a small rectangle in our pocket that gives us access to every piece of information known to mankind, and we use it to get into arguments with strangers, and watch videos of cats... 

Thanks! I wanted the 380 as I knew it had better performance, but I read something that said the R9 380 was better paired with higher end cpus. And im not all that excited for pascal. It doesnt seem to offer huge performance boosts for more price. They need to be more competitive with their prices to be honest.
