  1. I won't be putting the side panel on any more. Going to get a new case that allows me to mount my GPU vertically when I can. It bent it back decent far though when I did try to put it on.
  2. I'm guessing as long as it's working well then all is good... I'm actually seeing that the melting has more to do with connectors not being plugged in all the way... so if it's working and I'm apparently not in too much danger of melting I'm hoping I can rest easy, lol.
  3. They were bent a bit while connected when I was trying to put the side panel on. I don't think it was too bad... but there's not a lot of clearance there and I shouldn't have tried to put it on. I'm hoping it's okay with the bit of stress it got but definitely worried.
  4. Thank you. I know it looks really straight in the photos but you don't think me bending the wires as I did could have loosened anything else in there that I can't see? I just read in a few places that bending is the number one thing you want to avoid... this was of course after I tried to put the side panel on.
  5. Hello. I feel like this is probably okay but I'm a little worried. I just got a new 4080 Super and I ended up bending the cable a bit before realizing how careful I needed to be about that. Not so much under the clip, but it did get some stress. Especially since I put the side of the case on and really shouldn't have because it just doesn't fit. It caused it to bend over a bit. I'm going to be leaving the side panel off until I can get a new case. Anyway does this look okay? I'm a bit worried from the melted ports and stuff I've heard about. Also I'm going to clean my case out when I can, it was really wet outside today, lol. Thanks.
  6. Is that something in the subwoofer unit or in the speaker? I guess I just need to buy a new set though huh.
  7. I'm really confused. I have a maybe 15 or so year old Logitech 5.1 Z-5300e set that has been working fine up until somewhat recently. Now, the back right speaker will occasionally (most of the time) spit mostly static when it's supposed to be outputting sound, with me generally being able to barely make out what the sound was supposed to be. Other times (not so often) the speaker sounds and works perfectly. Sometimes for a more prolonged period than others. I also tried to test the speaker through my audio software (only having that speaker play) while it was disconnected. I could then barely hear the part of it the subwoofer was trying to play, and it sounded like it was doing the same kind of cutting out. I've had no such issues with any other of the speakers connected to the sub. Thanks for any time and help.
  8. I've been buying Razer products for well over 10 years and I couldn't disagree more. With heavy usage I'm only on my 2nd Deathadder with many years of usage. I've had a Razer Carcharias headset for several years which outperforms any other headset I have or have bought since. I've also tried several Logitech and Corsair products as well, but I always end up with a Razer. It's not that I fanboy out and won't try other things, they just generally have the product I want and they are made well. The Razer Carcharias is probably like 7 years old and still looks brand new. No deterioration or anything. I bought an Afterglow headset for my PS4 a couple years ago and the ear cups are deteriorating.
  9. Thanks. I actually haven't returned it yet and noticed there's also a big oval in the middle of the screen when it's black. That can't be normal! lol
  10. Thank you very much for the photos and your reply. I think I'm just going to return this and get my money back now. I feel like I'm playing the lottery and from what I've read online Best Buy will probably only let me return this one more time. I think I'll save my money and buy one of these QLED HDR G Sync monitors coming out.
  11. I understand. I wish I could help but again I've had no issues with them so I wouldn't know where to start beyond contacting Razer support. I would have told you to reinstall but you already did that. Maybe try different USB ports?
  12. Yeah I don't understand the hate Razer gets. I've never had an issue with any of their products or their software. I love their products too so I've bought a fair amount of them.
  13. It's a TN panel. The line thing is what's really weird and making me think I should exchange it.
  14. Hey guys. I made a post elsewhere not long ago about color issues I was having with the A04 revision of this monitor. It was mostly fixed by exchanging it for an A07 like people suggested, but now I have another problem. There seems to be some hefty back light bleed on the very right side, surrounded by a darker shadow. Also, not far to the left of this, I'm able to make out a perfectly vertical line on black screens where the brightness seems to be going through subtle changes. What do you guys think? Should I exchange this again? I really hate going through these returns... so stressful, lol. Never know what other problems you are going to end up with... Here are photos. Thanks for your time. https://imgur.com/a/SlztY
