I work extensively with commercial grade Leica and Riegl LiDAR systems for work. A Tech Quickie on LiDAR would be interesting, as people ask me about them all the time and are quite curious about what they do and how they work.

I want to see how fast the storage is depleted on the base 32GB model recording at 4K 60FPS, assuming that the rumors are true.

While there are methodological issue, the sample size isn't necessarily small (and it would take several checks to ensure it's representative -but representative of what?- even if it was 10 times larger or 10 times smaller). For univariate estimation, N=infinity is a reasonable good approximation from N=30 onwards. At N=100 you are more than safe. For a comparison of means, 240 is plenty. The real problem is selection, and adding controls pushes the relevant N further and further.

I decided to go with a Noctua NH-D9L instead of the Corsair H50. As a result, I got three Noctua NF-F12 case fans instead of the three Fractal Design fans in my original plan. The PSU was Installed, moved the SSD forward and removed the RAM heat spreaders. I just used my current EVGA GTX 950 GPU for this build, but I will likely be updating it after I'm done with custom cabling/cable management which will be next.

Just an Airbourne Sensor Operator who sits in the back operating various types of equipment and sensors in them, but who occasionally gets chance to get behind the controls (Fixed Multi-Engine, but I've always had a fascination with Rotary). I also hope to get a Rotary-Wing PPL one day, then an Instrument Rating, Commercial, CFI and so on.

Sauron... geez man...  religion is like believing in Santa Claus for adults.  Children want toys, adults want their lives to mean "more".  The promise of immortality is the "more".
 
The bible does not teach any better than the observation driven mind.  It many cases, teaches a lot worse.  The stupid book was written by intellects of the time... that is thousands of years ago.
 
There really is no value to the bible in this society.  Maybe as a cultural text to be placed in a museum.

Drilling and cutting the top plate for additional ventilation (2 120mm intake fans). The plate was then filed and sanded to remove sharp edges. The cuts were less than perfect cosmetically, but the fit of my place holder fans was flawless. Even though it was an accident lets all just say from now on that the worn look was intentional, because I'm actually really beginning to like the look.
 

I installed the Motherboard, CPU, CPU Cooler, RAM and SSD. The USB 3.0/Audio PCB was removed, but will be reincorporated later on.

Still need to get a mouse pad and some headphones but this is how it looks so far  I'm pretty impressed with it since it's my first ever build.

The Turkish military does this every 10-20 years when the government gets too religious. Only difference is now everyone has the means to document it.

I was kinda expecting it to actually be in a real easy bake oven. So disappointed.
