You could go wireless but LAN is your best bet with high speed and for high speeds down the road and readability you can always get LAN cable made to the leanth you need it but well worth the pain of running it to where you need it.
You would have to go with a K CPU to over clock. if your happy with the CPU you have selected I say go with the H mother board and save the money for GPU later on down the road.
Short Answer is you computer is still good for a good couple of years you might have to upgrade your card later but if you are not running multi moniter setup I would say wait for the next Gen then you have big jump in performance with you graphics card.
If you are going to get virus protection go with internet security.
AVG, Kaspersky, AVAST,Bitdefender there are few good one out there.
Stay way from Norton and McAfee.
Go to the manufactures website of your hard drive downlode there tools to test your drive. Backup first. if it pass the test do a disk clean up and only do a fragmentation if it hard drive.
I turn my pc off if gone for more then hour. I also turn my pc off when I go to bed. It also makes seances if it not being used save you on your power bill and your parts last longer.
If you are look at those CPU they have the same APU the only differences is the processing speed between the two and you need to get high MHZ ram if you are going to run games of of the APU.
Have look I3 or mid level I5 would do it nicely.
Have look h97 or skylake if thay want newer board.
GTX 950 or 960 would do it for graphics.

Hard drive 1TB.
Ram 1600 MHZ or 1688Mhz CL9 and if Skylake DRR4 2133MHZ.
