    what program did you use to model the New Desk Setup back in 2019?

      But the software this user used looks like Sketchup, which would be an easy to use 3D program which has a large library or pre-made objects (like IKEA furtniture, PC cases, etc.).

    Haven't actually tried that. You mean I should try add it via MDT? But the problem is that I don't need to sign it. After the MDT it done it restart acoring to "FINISHACTION=RESTART", but then after that a second restart is necessary for it to start applying all the GPOs, I just need to find a way to do that second restart automatically.

    So been working with MDT for a while now at work and every time I deploy a new Windows installation (both 7/10) some of the GPOs gets applied after the computer joins my domain, but not all of them. Applocker for example and the software deployment program we use gets left out. To get all of them to install a manual reboot is required, which is kinda annoying. I have tried adding FINISHACTION=RESTART to the default section to customsettings.ini but this doesn't help as a manual reboot still seems to be required. I've also tried adding two restart steps to the end of the TS, but that breaks it as it can't log in again after being restarted. I have the latest ADK and the latest MDT version. Anyone encountered this before and have any suggestions?

    Hello! So I'm trying to figure out what kind of storage device to use for a new computer I'm setting up. This computer will only ever do one thing and that's run a program that's displaying a surveillance video feed 24/7 365. Was thinking of getting WD Purple. But at the same time it feels overkill since the HDD will mostly idle anyways. So maybe going to a M.2 or SATA SSD will be sufficient? I'd appreciate any input I can get on this!

    Yeah I did peek at Access today after I tried doing my own database app site and realized I was way over my head. I'll look further into Access though on Monday, thanks for the tip!

    Yeah, I was thinking of something like that too, and if I can't find anything else I'd have to go with that. Was just hoping that there'd be something like this that you could buy somewhere. Anyways, thanks for your reply!

    Hello! So I got an excel spreadsheet at work that is starting to getting to large for it's own good. I was thinking about migrating it to some kind of database service, where you can view, enter and edit the data from some kind of application. My question then is, does anyone know of some pre-made applications that would fit this? Or would a DIY solution be better? Also like to mention that it need to be "offline" (AKA can't use the cloud) Thankful for any input on this :)

    Thanks for the tip! Problem is that the one you linked is too short. Also it doesn't exist in Walnut Yeah It's a really expensive desk, and I'm actually doubting myself, it's a really big desk. Maybe going with a smaller one would be more future proof? I'm not sure

    I'm moving to a house this summer and as a part of that I'm planning upgrading my setup. starting with my desk. So I was thinking about getting myself a Ikea Karlby with the Alex drawers. But I'm unsure about the monitor stands. what do you people think looks best? If I go with the one singel like I got now I would just hide the center speaker behind the monitor (I know that's not ideal but it looks better ). Also if you got any other suggestions I'd appreciate it!

    Yeah and I really appreciate that thanks ? oh okay, hmm. I'm actually thinking about getting the Ikea karlby with the Alex draws. Just sucks that basically everyone has them already
