The dress one I know from experience can be taken badly. A printed t shirt could work reliably if the interest is the message on the shirt perhaps.

You need a bigger AIO if you want better cooling, the water doesn't have enough time to cool in that small of a radiator for that CPU. They aren't bad temps but you should check when you are at load how the temps are. If you are over 78 Degrees then I recommend upgrading to 240MM, however 360MM is recommended.

You should have the fans plugged into the motherboard either way. I am not sure what kind of aio it is. Keep them plugged into the board so you can change them from you're bios or windows.

Sure you can but before you do that, reset the uefi to factory settings and see if the fans ramp down.

If the fan controller died then the fans will ramp to max speed. Though I doubt that happened. Do the fans ramp up while in UEFI?

Yes, sometimes you will get an error with most games at first launch. But after that it works fine.

In the Insider Build of Windows 11, you are now able to create a offline account on the OOBE, doesn't matter if it's home, pro, enterprise, etc. The Pro is you get to try a lot of new features out before anyone else. The cons, you will run into many bugs, especially this early into the OS. But I have been using it since Monday and most of the bugs are pretty minimal as it stands.

The GPU are CPU are getting overclocked down the road, plus I will likely buy a 4090 if those are a thing eventually. -
