Settings matter greatly as to how it's gonna stream. Since Steam and the Steam Link streams at a constant bitrate, you can go off of that and figure out how much data it'll use.

Say, for example, you stream at 15Mbps. Expect to use about 6.75GB of data an hour, or about 112MB of data a minute.
