  1. Thanks guys, I'll try some stuff to be sure its not temp releated, and then when I have the money, I'm going to buy a new PSU.
  2. Hello everybody. Well, my PC seems to reboot itself when under heavy load. But it seems to only be doing it when I have SLI enabled, when it is Disabled or when I take out one of the two 970's, It does not reboot (I tested it with 20min Furmark and 10min Valley Benchmark) With SLI it can be a couple of seconds before it reboots, or it can be up to 15 minutes before it reboots. The GPU1 reached around 65C temp, the GPU2 Goes up to 80C but then goes up and down between 79C and 80C. I also tried turning the Power limit down to 80% and 50%, 80 it rebooted after a couple of minutes, 50% it rebooted immediately. I'm about to run a memtest to just check if it could be RAM related. Is the problem PSU related or what am I dealing with here? PC Specs: PSU: Cooler Master G750M GPU: 2x MSI GTX 970 CPU: i7 4790K RAM: 16GB SSHD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB Motherboard: MSI Z97-Gaming 5
  3. Okay, any recommendations on a PSU for my system.
  4. It reboots by itself, and I made the fans spin on 100% so the temp was under 80 at all times.
  5. My PC reboots when its under heavy load, and it does not show a BSOD. I tested the PC with IntelBurnTest, and nothing happend. But I then tested it with FurMark and it reboots after a couple of minutes (first time 13min, second time around 7min). I then disable my SLI and had it running for 30 minutes and no reboot. So could the problem be my PSU, or is it one of my GPU's? PC Specs: PSU: Cooler Master G750M GPU: 2x MSI GTX 970 CPU: i7 4790K RAM: 16GB SSHD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB Motherboard: MSI Z97-Gaming 5
  6. I switched to a lower grade motherboard that sadly does not have the option to run SLI but, I get a much better FPS from this even doe I'm only running one 970. So I ruined my motherboard when I first installed my cooler. I just need to get a new motherboard that is able to run SLI Thanks for all the help guys.
  7. I will check it out. It didn't work, it just did the same thing. I just have to buy a new motherboard, and hope for the best.
  8. I have been googling around for someone running the same specs as me doing a aida64 cache and memory benchmark, haven't found anyone yet, but doesn't this look like a pretty slow Memory Read/Write/Copy Speed for my specs? I don't get why it says Single Channel DDR3 when I have two ram sticks in.. Here is the Aida64 Cache & Memory Benchmark + Aida64 GPGPU Benchmark I ran the cache and memory test mutiple times and the Read/Write/Copy went all the way down to around 12000 MB/s This happens when I put all four of my ram sticks in my pc. Oh, the reason there is no fan on the cooler is because I laid it on the top of the case when I was filming that. It blocked the view of the ram. Edit: youtube link instead of mp4 straight from my mobile
  9. My temps after installing new cooler is really good, haven't played the low fps kind of freaked me out, but the 2min I was in the division the temps was 70 That did help with memory running at 1600mhz ty
  10. Both GPU's are being detected and I think you might be right about my board... I did screw my new CPU cooler really tight first time I mounted it, maybe I did it a bit to hard, and when I unmount my cooler there is definitely a easy to see mark of where the screw/bolts where.
  11. If I put any of my four ram sticks in slot 1 or 2 then it boots but it turn itself off and on every few seconds. But if I as I'm doing now, only using slot 3 and 4 then it works fine, but I have extremly low fps in games
  12. Help Hello, my CPU recently started to get extremly hot up around ~95C. So I installed a new cooler and when I was trying to turn in on again it would turn it self off and on every couple seconds. I figured out I bent a CPU socket pin or two and fixed them, but it still did the same. So I booted it up with only one ram stick and it then worked, but it seems like two of the ram stick slots doesn't work and now I get extremly low fps in games where I would normally get high fps. I remember playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and getting +100FPS now I'm getting MAX 35... 3Dmark benchmark seems like normal. Anyone got an idea what I can do, any recommened benchmarks which I can compare to what my PC parts would normally get in those benchmarks? Can I get 70FPS lower because of only having now 8GB of ram instead of my normal 16GB? Specs: CPU: i7 4790K RAM: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws My PC see's it as 1600MHz but the sticker on the stick says 2133MHz Graphic Card: MSI GTX 970 (2x) in SLI Motherbaord: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming AIDA64's Memory Read test lays my Computer at 11987MB/s While a I7-3770K with Dual DDR3-1600 has a 23559MB/s Can this be a reason to my low FPS?
