Its absolutely hell to try to get rid of a server now. I activated 2FA and it asked for codes every time i tried to do stuff. i tried to delete the server since the UI is different but then it asked for some codes and stuff.. i could not even type the codes in because stoopid iphone. Then i deactivate 2FA since i got email and sms anyway.. but i still cant figure out how to delete a server from both a PC or a Mobile. What where they thinking...

Edit: Finally found that you go to down arrow.. aaah since i was last out i am suddenly server admin.. ok.. Why not gray out the regular "leave server" and explain it when i go there..

I just got a 3060 TI Nvidia branded card --- without software, fan is zero rpm until 60 degrees, then if the fans get triggered, it'll shut itself off about 5 or so minutes if temps cool .... however, with FanControl, they won't shut off after that 5 or so minutes ... For each of the two fans, I paired it with a speed sensor and am running it to a curve I sent up.  Is there any solution to get my 3060 TI GPU fans controlled by this software?

They are stuck on "? 30 %"  (note the question mark on software) which the graph is telling it to be @ 0%.

You can't just delete the if/else statements and expect the same result. Think of it this way, let's imagine the following statement:
if (condition) do x else do y
If you remove the if/else statement but leave all the other instructions, you end up with this:
do x do y You end up doing both things of the choice you were given before deleting the if/else statement

By removing the If MsgBox statements, you're telling Outlook to do this:
strSubject = Replace(Item.Subject, "RE:", "", vbTextCompare) strSubject = Item.Subject  You're first assigning the subject line with the "RE:" removed but then immediately after that you assign the original subject line into the same variable.

If you really just blanketly want to replace all instances of "RE:" and "FW:" without bothering with a confirmation, you need something like this:
Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean) Dim strSubject As String If InStr(Item.Subject, "RE:") > 0 Then strSubject = Replace(Item.Subject, "RE:", "", vbTextCompare) Else strSubject = Item.Subject End If If InStr(strSubject, "FW:") > 0 Then strSubject = Replace(strSubject, "FW:", "", vbTextCompare) End If Item.Subject = Trim(strSubject) Item.Save End Sub This solution will work if there's either of the prefixes anywhere in the subject line, but it'll delete all of them, regardless of position. If that's ok with you, it'll work, but if you want something that only checks the start of each subject line, you'd need to narrow down the position of the occurrences of your search term.

Also, note that I used strSubject in the second if-statement, because if I were to use Item.Subject in both and "FW:" is present somewhere in the subject line, the "RE:" prefix would just show up again if it'd take the original subject line to assign to the variable.

I have more experience with G Hub (for G series products), and it usually works pretty well. Anytime I need to change something - I edit it, save to on-board memory and forget about the software (I run it only for editing).

So, all G series mice (afaik) are very customizable, and moreover have 2 layers. So, afaik every button can be remapped including primary and secondary click (except the wheel up/down), and with 2nd layer you can pretty much have double the amount of buttons.

I'm not really sure it'd work, but maybe you can try adding a symbolic link https://www.schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html to a folder in your C:/ Drive that'll link to the server drives? Otherwise I'm sorry but I have no idea

You can install Winaero Tweaker. Open it, and either search or scroll down to Navigation Pane - Custom Items. Either press the Add Custom Folder to add any folder or if you want to Pin GodMode or WindowsTools ect. Hope this helped!

Edit -  if you want to add a folder to This PC scroll up a bit and go to Customise This PC Folders

I suddenly could not get the front fans to slow down. I think i might have updated the software, i ended up disconnecting the fans from the fanheader thingy Fractal gives you and now everything works flawlessly again. Thought you might want to hear about that oddity. It did not happen on current release as i just updated. But it might persist.

You literally drag the video from your folder on your computer onto the timeline

premiere is pretty easy tbh at least as far as simple tasks go, then you can go to "effects" at the bottom, drop on a 3 way colour correction, set your white balance point, and adjust the exposure and colour grade in the effects panel

Not really ideal updating to a BIOS that your current CPU is not meant for. Just update the BIOS prior to installing the new chip.

Hello, took a quick look at the compatibility sheet for that motherboard. Check this out, scroll down to the bottom and you will see AMD's vermeer 5000 series listed with the 7b78v2h BIOS. Which turns out to be a beta BIOS. Back to the Support > BIOS page of the motherboard product page, you can see 7b78v2h6 as the latest BIOS. I assume it's a newer revision, so go with that. BIOS page best of luck!

You are definitely not the first person to mention the name, and you're right, terrible for SEO.

Might have to start a poll or something.

I thought about OnlyFans, or FanHub, but somebody told me those names are too hot for a software meant to cool PCs.

    @DeSinc
Good catch on the graph point, yeah it's only an animation/visual issue, doesn't affect the actual underlying graph points.

As for the HWInfo thing and start up delay, I added that field a variety of reasons

    Increase it until it's a non-issue.

I built a new custom UI on top of OpenHardwareMonitor with additional features, mainly linear fan curves with custom temperature sources.

    ______________________________

         STORY
    ______________________________

As you guys may know, SpeedFan is sadly not updated anymore, so newer boards are not detected properly.

The main feature I used was the custom fan curves with custom temperature sources. I used it to bind my case fans speed to the hottest component of my PC, my GPU.
(My BIOS only supports CPU temperature as a temperature source for the PWM fans).

I searched around for an alternative software with this particular feature and only found a paid option (Angus Monitor).

However, I also came around this:

    https://github.com/openhardwaremonitor/openhardwaremonitor
    https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor

The first link is an original project which could be downloaded here https://openhardwaremonitor.org/, but just like SpeedFan, the project is not updated anymore.
However, thanks to the code base being open sourced, there are a couple of active branches, LibreHardwareMonitor being the best one I found, supporting my MSI Z390 Edge AC board and being updated regularly.
OpenHardwareMonitor is divided into two parts, an API to interact with your hardware ( CPU, RAM, Fans... ) and a UI. The existing UI is a HWMonitor clone that allows to set a manual fan speed to any fan, but no temperature/speed fan curve here.
    ( sigh )

So I decided to make my own lightweight application with the OpenHardwareMonitorLib API, and here is what I got so far...

    Current features:
OTA update Multi-config support with quick-switch from tray icon Dark/light mode + colors Graph fan curves Linear fan curves Flat fan curves Mixed fan curves Sync fan curves Custom name for each fan / curve / control Material UI ( thanks to http://materialdesigninxaml.net/ ) Smooth fan speed transitions Custom temperature source Automatic or manual matching between your controls and fan speeds Activation% (dead zone) for each fan Saves your current configuration and reload it on startup Board support is updated whenever the API gets an update!
Please note that this is a small personal project. It works great for my needs but I didn't test it on a hundred different motherboards. Take it as it is. If it works on your current setup, well you got your fan control situation sorted at least until you change your motherboard!

If you want to help me out a bit or give me feedback, I included some links/button in the left hamburger menu out of the way to send me an email
    or to pay me a 🍺 ... or 🍺🍺🍺.

I will also keep an eye on this thread to see how it goes.

First of all, it doesn't show on the windows start up list. Second of all, it is not one of those 'simple install or advance install sits' it came from a windows update. Third of all, we are bothered by having a random program on our PCs that we didn't ask for no just the icon on the taskbar...
