    Hi guys and gals looking for some insight from you all, I have some money set aside to spend on my pc however im not really sure where to start, I am pretty happy with how it currently preforms but there is room for improvement. Some components are pretty dated, My specs are listed bellow please feel free to chime in with any advice/recommendations i have around $1400 AUD to spend CPU: Ryzen 1600 Cooled by a corsair h60 MOBO: ASUS PRIME B350 PLUS GPU: RX580 8GB MEM: 16gb of G.Skill FlareX 2400mhz 2x 8gb dimms PSU: Thermaltake Evo Blue 750w semi modular (not the 2.0 the original one) MAIN DRIVE: Samsung 960 evo m.2 250gb STORAGE DRIVES: 2TB WD GREEN,1TB WD BLACK ,Some random 1.5tb Seagate drive

    Ok so fresh install of all mobo drivers / updated bios /made 100% sure AHCI is working and did a firmware update on the drive and im now here is slightly better but still well under the write speeds of my Hdd's

    yeah windows seems to think its in IDE... but bios is set to AHCi

    Extremely bad speeds on ssd recently causing windows to run like garbage ,ahci is on,drive is plugged into a sata 3 controller ?!?!?

    Current setup is a Razer death adder 3.5g from over 4 years ago it really really likes to click all by itself resulting in many 7 day bans for team damage on counter strike and and equaly as old Blackwidow Ultimate.. headset is astro a30s with one working speaker

    Yeah that's why i made a thread its got me puzzled i might email asus for and explanation cant hurt..im not worried or anything it preforms how a 380x should be in benches ect im just really curious

    Just checked out gpu-z specs are identical.. could it be a 380 re boxed and flashed as a 380x is that a thing

    both boxes say 380x paid the same price for both and the little sticker barcodes on the back plate say 380x i did think it might have been a card mix up though
