    No it's just going to be in the middle of the living area. Would you recommend an AIO for the CPU or just a quite tower cooler? Noise has never been a consideration for me before.

    Budget (including currency): 1500 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: School work, Photoshop, and 1080p gaming. Other details I have a friend who was gifted a GTX 1080 with an AIO conversion. The card works great; he also got a very nice 1080p high refresh rate monitor for free. I'm trying to build him a system around these parts. Being quiet is also a requirement and needs wifi. Trying to get him key board and mouse as well. Budget is $1500. I have built a lot of computers, just looking for suggestions on parts lists based on the parts he already has.
