Couple of years ago I came across a similar problem and here is what I did to help fix it.  I already had a WAVLINK USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Docking Station so that came in handy and I already had the AOMEI Partition Assistant software to work with and that did it for materials needed.
 
I just put the hard drive into the source slot of the WavLink and put the SSD into the target slot of the WavLink.  After installing both the drives into the WavLink, I called up the AOMEI Partition Assistant software and did the rest of the job using it.  That software allows you to do whatever you want with the drives including deleting partitions, reformatting partitions, changing partition types, whatever you want to do.  Just make sure that you press the button in the top left corner of the software so it will perform the function that you have indicated.
 
After doing that, I went ahead and did the clone process and to my surprise, everything worked the first time.  So, maybe you can give this stuff a look to see if it will help your situation.  Even if you don't have one of the Wavlink stations, you can still use the AOMEI Partition Assistant software.

I like the bass to be slightly deeper, and get that effect by aiming the sub port to the corner (desk is setup in corner of room already). Aiming the port to the wall should do almost the same. I use a different speaker setup too, but should apply to most.

Personally the speakers for several reasons:
The sound bar has a larger footprint on the desk It has a subwoofer Speakers can be positioned to adjust how the sound travels.

Most good routers have a way to monitor traffic going though them, so this isn't a great idea.

What happens when you run firestrike? Take a screenshot of GPU-Z during the graphics test. Do you have radeon settings installed and working? Check if you have Radeon Chill enabled.

Have you tried booting without the new SSD connected ?
 

FreeNAS and FreeBSD are pretty good options. They support Samba for sharing files to other Windows computers, NFS for Linux and Mac computers, ZFS for a good file system to store everything in, and Empy/Plex for streaming media. 

FreeNAS is pretty intuitive, FreeBSD definitely is not if you're not familiar with it.

Freenas has a great user community, and many good guides on setup

my guess is that some AMD software had something to do with the GPU or CPU preventing POST or edited something in the BIOS or the hardware decided to NOPE on you lol. has happened to me ALOT. to try and stop it don't use the uninstaller 

^This, especially point B.  What resolution is he playing Fortnight at which makes you think 70FPS is bad?  Compare actual real benchmarks (for example Anandtech or other Gfx review site with that card) with what he's getting.  Make sure all other drivers/Firmware are up to date and the temperatures are right.  Is the PSU a lemon, make sure the card is getting proper voltage, etc.

Sounds like you got either a bad motherboard issue or a less likely power supply issue

do you get a signal?

i mean use a HDMI or DVI cable connected to the mobo. what cpu do you have?
