  1. you my friend are amazing! Thank you for the software!
  2. That stopped the list of commands but now i'm met with "Failure when attempting to copy boot files"
  3. When doing this guide it stops at "bcdboot C:\windows /s V: /f UEFI" It give me a list of commands, almost like its in invalid command.
  4. Everything is cloned, I'll give that guide a try now. Thank you!
  5. Says boot Files successfully created but it still blue screens I'll look into Macrium Reflect now, thanks
  6. Hello! I'm doing this as a favor for my grandmother & there's stuff on the drive that can't be re-installed so cloning is the only option. The laptop has a build date in 2014. the Partition style is GPTI'm trying to clone from a HDD to an SSD, I'm using EaseUS Disk Copy Pro. I'm going from an HDD to an SSD, same size of 1TB, the SSD is a WD Blue SA510. the HDD is a HSGT HTS541010A9E860 (wtf) The cloning goes well & I'm able to view the files on the SSD but the problem arises when trying to boot off the drive. The system immediately bluescreens, does not show the HP logo, it gives me a few options but nothing works except going to the UEFI settings. I've attached a video on what it does on boot. the only thing that works is the ESC key to go to the UEFI settings. The flashing is me pressing the keys. Now for the things I've tried but didn't work. Using Windows media creation to try & repair the drive This guide from Wondershare It Failed on Boot rec /fixboot saying Access Denied Everything else on the guide worked but i hit a roadblock on bootrec /rebuildbcd, it found the windows OS, when trying to add the install to the boot list, it says "The system cannot find the path specified." (photo attached) This guide from EaseUS Everything worked until the point I had to "cd /d". I changed the "D" to the letter I used. I've done a few more things but I can't remember them. I'm wondering if a system image will work but in my experience, it never did. I'm at a loss, please let me know of any solutions or steps I can try. IMG_0088.MOV
  7. Hello! Forgive me as my networking knowledge is limited, but I'm willing to lean about it. I'm having a tough time figuring out what to do to fix my damn networking solution at my house. I have gigabit internet and have various dead zones & poor speed. The only time i can get above 150Mbps is when I'm in the room with the router, or directly connected to it with a ethernet cable. I can get 1.5gb with a wire so the router is provisioned good. A friend gave me a Netgear R7000, which helped with the range and the speed a bit. Now that R7000 is causing issues & Netgear support says they can't help, So here I am. I'd also like to move away from that router. I'm looking at a "Ubiquiti UniFi 6 Long-Range Access Point" and a few Mesh WiFi systems such as the NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System (RBK753) TP-Link Deco Tri Band Mesh WiFi 6 System(Deco X68) NETGEAR Nighthawk Tri-band Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System (MK83) Not sure if this makes a big difference but I'd also like a triband system, only if it makes a difference. There's 3 people that live in my home but there's always more then 6 here, each with a smartphone or a laptop, all constantly being used with video chats, movie streaming, youtube, tiktok, etc I also have a lot of devices that connect but shouldn't use much bandwidth such as, Wi-Fi enabled lights, etc (currently there's 30 devices connected) So, my question is what would be the best system to get? Please leave your suggestions or one from the list. I'd like something with good speed & range. I know Linus used ubiquity before so that was why I thought of that one. My budget is about $500 but I'm flexible. I don't want anything that will require constant rebooting or tinkering, just a set it & forget it type of deal. Stability & speed. I don't want to use an old PC as a router. Blue text is linked to US amazon listings.
  8. Yeah I saw that, the "perfcap reason" said "idle"
  9. Yeah I do have a dual bios card, it still persists during on the other one. I will look into flashing it
  10. How would I go about the "checksum"? I just saved the bios.
  11. I am not able to change the power sliders, as I stated. this is the FTW3 card that has a factory OC, but I think the card is running at the reference base clock iirc
  12. Removal of the X1 software did not change anything.
  13. I'll uninstall EVGA X1 & try it then but I do not think that the X1 software is the issue Hey Windows defender get off my case! I have my own AV!
  14. Yeah, I first saw the issue on MSI afterburner
