Don't get any of those gaming headphones. I recommend you to get the Audio Technica Ath M50x and get a separate microphone. However, I think there are many other options instead of getting Audio Technica ATH m50X. I think they are overhyped. Go get beats studio 2.0! JK XD. I recommend sennheiser or shure.

Do not get one of those 7.1 Surround sound audio headphones. They are not worth the money. Actually don't get any of those gaming headphones. I recommend getting a separate microphone for the video chat. I recommend getting a high quality headphones from Sennheisier, Shure, Audio Technica, or other audio brands. Still thought I use a earbud for gaming like the Shure SE215 because they give you pretty good isolation. Also headphones hurt after few hours of gaming but I don't know how intensive you play. If I were you I would listen to the guy at the top and get those headphones. Peace

Hi I am a noob to the audio microphone world. Sorry. I am currently doing a budget film project. I am currently using a camcorder but soon I will be getting a DSLR Camera for recording. Which microphone do you recommend? I am really confused, Shotgun, Condenser, ...? I am mainly going to use it outside and inside to film nature and some dialogue of actual talking. My mic budget is 100-170$. Please help and information about the microphone would be appreciated. Also please teach me the basics. Thanks
