Assuming Mem Test passed on both DIMM's try running FurMark on your GPU first for at least an hour to see if you run into any stability issues. If you're running the latest drivers it could be time for an RMA if it's still under warranty or a new card. Run AIDA64 on your CPU for at least an hour to see if it's stable. If you're running at stock frequency and voltage you could either have an issue with your CPU or your motherboard. If your computer is powered using an extension cord, PDU, or UPS try plugging it directly in the receptacle for testing purposes. If it's stable after that you have the source of the issue. The only other thing it could be is your PSU, EVGA warranties some of their products for 10 years so check with them before replacing it. Hope that helps.
