  1. I live in an apartment with a bunch of friends and when one person moves out at the end of the lease I will be taking up the isp. So I will need a router, What I was thinking of doing is taking the oportunity to upgrade my PC and use the older components to build a router and I was hoping I could also put a plex server on it for streaming media. The components in my current build are an i5 4690k with an asus itx motherboard. As for software I don't know how that would work, I know that hardware is enough, and perhaps overkill, to run pfsense and I could attach an AP to it for wifi. What I don't is how I could integrate plex into that. I know pfsense is based off of freeBSD, so does anyone know if I am able to just install the freeBSD version of the plex server on a pfsense router? Any other suggestions on how I could achieve this kind of a setup are welcomed.
  2. In the right setting, perhaps a meme build, this would probably look good. BTW did you do this diy or through some online service.
  3. So I made a custom cable for having a separate mic and headphone to a trrs jack (Pictured). The problem is that I'm not too happy with my trrs jack as it is a bit finicky about the rotation of it, though this is honestly probably due to a shoddy solder job. Anyways I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a high quality 3.5 mm trrs jack that I might be able to replace mine with.
  4. I know it's expensive but I personally use the Ncase M1 and while I don't have a loop, a lot of people do put loops in it. You can get a tempered glass side panel for it buying the case and side panel from sfflab
  5. from my experience that is about right. I would suggest you try your headphones in low first and see if you are satisfied, as there no reason to put it to high if you don't actually need to. I have the magni 2 uber and the features seem to be the same as the 3.
  6. The pcb is called the org60, you can get it off taobao, I got the case off of massdrop there doesn't seem to be a specific brand, it's just a frosted acrylic case.
  7. Just built this one. It has under glow lighting and I put box brown switches in.
  8. I like how there is no more poop, but I'll be sticking with the poop because there would be no reason to buy new fans for me, especially expensive ones.
  9. Don't quote me on anything but I think the bottom one is the original XBOX one controller while the top one is the XBOX one S controller, which supports Bluetooth. I don't know how to tell a fake, but the original has a glossy plastic around the XBOX button, while the S is matte.
  10. I think you're able to just go to youtube.com/new and enable it that way
  11. There are some keyboards that do have usb c but they use usb 2.0, at least as far as I know
  12. Here is a TKL option as well https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/DHL-EMS-Varmilo-Vb87m-Bluetooth-Wireless-Mechanical-Keyboard-PBT-Keycaps-Antighosting-Cherry-Switches/914660_32696439781.html
