  1. You should probably wait a bit. Trying to play it now, but keeps crashing and freezing up my pc. Wait for it to actually with if you're going to buy it.
  2. Ram frequency doesn't matter too much for the 4690k and cas should be lower, but don't worry. It won't have a noticeable impact.
  3. It will work fine, my gpu looks the same and works no problem
  4. Found a thread on reddit on the amd sub reddit: Two people managed 3.7Ghz and one got 3.8Ghz, so you should be fine with the stock cooler.
  5. I have the same version as you and windows 10 pro, haven't had any problems. Might be system specific. Maybe wait for the next update or try again in a week. Could also be that the update didn't install correctly, so trying to update again might work.
  6. I haven't had many issues with it, so far i've only had one match with a low number of players. So I think it's still worth it.
  7. If your gaming at 1080p you should go with intel, I recommend a 7700k or 8600k if you're only going to game. The 8700k is better, but not by much. You can check linus's review for concrete numbers. 6700k is also fine if you can find it at a good price. If you're gaming at a higher resolutions like 1440p or 4k a r5 1600 will be just fine.
  8. Yup, better value. Are you getting this cooler: https://www.inet.se/produkt/6912321/deepcool-captain-240-ex because of aesthetics?
  9. I would also suggest getting this 1080: https://www.inet.se/produkt/5400067/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1080-8gb-gaming-g1 instead of the msi one. It's a little cheaper and still a good good card
  10. I'd recommend switching out the 960 evo with this: https://www.inet.se/produkt/4304782/samsung-850-series-evo-250gb and save some money. And getting this: https://www.inet.se/produkt/x101814/corsair-hydro-h100i-v2 instead of the deepcool since it's cheaper, unless you want the deepcool for aesthetics.
  11. The first answer claims that the 970 doesn't support SLI HB, but that's not true. The link in my first comment shows that GeForce GTX 770, GTX 780, GTX 780 Ti, GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 980 Ti, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 and GTX TITAN series all support SLI HB. That's straight from Nvidia. And the last says that it's only for 1080s which is also not true. So I would disregard those answers, doesn't look like they have all the info.
  12. I checked the listing for the product on amazon and someone aksed the same question as you and got some answers. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/Tx1G4K65QLJN5R2/ref=ask_al_aap_hza?_encoding=UTF8&sort=helpful. As for why it wouldn't work, if it doesn't it would have to do with either the architecture or being locked thanks to software, but i'm justing guessing. I don't see a reason it wouldn't work.
  13. It should work. It's propably the same as the HB brdige that nvidia sells themselves, but with evga branding and design. And according to nvidia's page: https://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/sli/bridges 970 is supported.
  14. Managed to fix it, used the "Blå rens" i bought and a cheap toothbrush and the cpu is still alive. Thanks for all the help.
  15. I got 1L of isopropyl alchol that's at least 75% according to the salesperson at the store, should i just soak the underside of the cpu in th stuff?
