I cant seem to find it. Its like that one way reflective vinyl they use for privacy glass, but on a much smaller scale.

In fact you could just buy a small roll of that privacy glass vinyl for like $10 and then just use a small strip with some tape, use the rest to reflect excess light and heat out of the room and save on AC expenses. 🤷‍♂️

From what I've read, UWP is mostly Microsoft's attempt to compete against Chrome OS for mainstream users, users that don't do more than check email, Facebook, YouTube. With the amount of productivity apps like word processors being supported through web browsers increasing with every year, the need to run legacy Win32 apps decrease for mainstream users. For power-users like us, and yes I consider PC gamers as power-users to some extent, I can't imagine things would change much if any. As far as Microsoft giving manufacturers incentives for shipping systems with Win32 compatibility blocked; depending on how the pricing for the non Win32 version is set, I would put the blame on manufacturers if we end up with a market where in order to get that functionality, you have to step all the way up to the highest model.

So my perfect world be would be roughly:
    Core i3 or lower - Win32 blocked
    Core i5 and above - Win32 enabled.

AMD, same scale, based on roughly how their products stacks up with Intel's lineup since I doubt anyone follows AMD's Axx platforms as much.

It also means all the apps are stored in one location and is updated by one app.

Half of the programs install to programs, some to appdata and the rest who knows and each of them have their own updater taking up not only space but resources to take if there is an update.

With UWP this would be a thing of the past.

You know....this 'issue' really would be a "non issue" if u just ..you know ... used windows 7 instead

If I had a dollar for every thread opened to complain about how LTT integrates ads, I would have enough to get myself a Floatplane subscription for the rest of my life.

You don't need to remove anything. Just pack the inside of the case with those inflated packing bags. It'll hold everything together. I've had several systems shipped to me that way and they've all been perfectly fine.

My brother is still happy with his i7 860 for now. I think he said he wanted to upgrade his entire PC next year, mostly because some newer games don't fare too well on his PC. He's been happy with it for 6 years though, that indicates that they're really good workhorses.

I actually dont have her with me. She's in Colorado while I'm in PA. She's a quick little f*cker though. AMD does lack in single threaded computing but this overclock in single threaded computing feels almost like I'm running a high end i5/Low end i7.

(i know...more expensive...nvidia proprietary gsync module has a hefty price tag...price to pay to be on the greener side of the fence i guess )

@Ronnie76 If he was to invest $200 in his PC, he should get a better Graphics card like a GTX 960 and save his money after that to get a more capable chip, like an i5 6600.
