  1. You guys were correct thanks!!!
  2. Ok thanks guys!! It'/ just a test server so I won't cry!!
  3. I just installed VMware on my Dell R310 rackmount server. I am now installing Ubuntu. In the install process, it is asking if it should add a new MBR. Should I or would that screw up everything else?
  4. No, RAID 0 consists of striping, without mirroring or parity. (Stolen from Wiki so you can read up on more if you want =-)
  5. So I was in class talking about FAT 32 and its 4GB file size limit. Could you have a software RAID 0 and get around this, like up to 8 GB? How about a hardware solution?
