It doesn't actually "stream" anything. After reading about it, it looks like it just emulates a monitor so you're PC thinks is has another display connected. For instance, when using something like virtual desktop on your VR headset, it will only display monitors that are connected to your PC. So, if you only have one physical monitor, you plug this bad boy in and it gives you the option for a second virtual monitor. see here. http://www.fit-pc.com/web/products/fit-headless-gs/ It's actually available at Amazon for $25. Not a bad deal if you own a VR headset.... which I do not

Do you have your GPU overclocked? I've got the same card and got a 4.4.
