I'm gay, leaning towards asexual. Still haven't told my family because I've not really had a reason to do so. Probably will when my boyfriend comes over, but he lives like halfway across the globe so that'll be a while.

They told you what they could. At that price AiO's are garbage. They are more likely to leak, meaning more likely to kill your system. They also have worse warranties. 
 
At 65 you can get a top-tier air cooler.. Or a bargain basement cheapo AiO. If you want a decent AiO cooler, bump your budget to 90-ish and buy a Corsair H100i. 
I can absolutely understand that reason, it's why I went with watercooling too. You're just not spending enough to have it be worthwhile. The cheap stuff is cheap for a reason. It is more likely to break with bad warranties.

I believe Steve talked about this at LTX last year. They all get traffic from the other channels because people browse and discover new things that are related. Meaning as one grows, they all grow

From what I can see it has mounting hardware for LGA 1155 and 1156, which I believe has the same mounting holes as LGA 1151 that the 9700k uses

I'm running a 2080ti on an EK block with 360mm of rad just for it (2x 360mm rads, 2 components) and I'm getting ~50C when gaming. I wouldn't sweat your temps, they're fine

Yeah, don't mount the rad below the pump block. That's just asking for trouble. Not sure what pump the Seidon uses, but most pumps are lubricated by the water going through them and will die if left dry for some time

77-86f is 25-30C. I assume that's at idle? What's your temps under load, since we can't really tell you how good your cooling is at idle.
 
That said, a 240/360mm AiO is still enough for basically any chip you can put under it. You don't need to replace the one you have

You can buy https://www.ekfluidgaming.com/ek-fg-360-expansion-pack if you want to get the 360mm one. Just, as said earlier, you'll need to be careful in future if/when you upgrade

Pour in coolant while holding the open part at the top. Move the rad about to get all the air out, then carefully screw in the baseplate when you're sure it's full.
 
That said, if you don't use a very high percentage of propylene glycol (Think some popular AiO's have 40-50% mixes nowadays) you'll end up with corrosion up the wazoo and it'll spring a leak sooner rather than later since I believe the rad is aluminium.
