    In the test Linus did it was with a low power machine, in that case it will work if the cooling device is big enough. I had assumed (incorrectly judging from your comment) that you were thinking of trying this with your spare fridge and a gaming machine.

    What grade of cable? You will need a crimper, plus ends etc. Even bestbuy sells them now, or amazon. Just make sure the cable is up to snuff for your connection speed IE 10Gbit needs Cat6E (for very short runs) and Cat6A for longer runs.

    I noticed it went ahead and "optimized" my game settings, which resulted in me loosing around 20fps average.

    Intel 750 SSDs, although I'm sure the "datacenter dna" might lead to continued reliability. I paid less the .5/Gb so I'm happy.

    Avoid corsair, their build quality isn't ideal, when compared with Fractal. For the price a define r5 is a beast.

    CSF seems like a way to monetize team building activities for LTT. Just seems like a decent business move, although Linus did mention in one of the wan shows that CSF just hemorrhages money...

    Fractal Define R5, with solid sidepanel. Its heavy but man is it nice and quite. Plus the way the dust filters are implemented is super nice.
