I just closed Origin, and I could play bf4 after re-opening it, so I cant play while the dlc is downloading? To be clear it isn't re-downloading bf4, just dlc, and missing files

I downloaded bf4 game time, when EA allowed you to play for 7 days. Today I bought bf4 premium after 9 attempts, Now its downloading the dlc, but when I try playing the game it says its downloading.

Hello, I'm gonna buy BF4 premium edition soon, and I was wondering how big the file size is, also when Origin had a 7 day game trial for bf4 I downloaded it and it was like 26gb, so I am wondering if I will have to download everything again or will origin just download the dlc.
