  1. Hello There, My cpu has always reported these temp spikes and falls, Im running a corsair AIO water cooler. What do you think could be causing this, normal boosting behavior, trapped airbubble, poor thermal contact? Please let me know if you know what is causing this and if it might be a problem for longevity and performance. Thanks
  2. They all look good, go with the one that matches your colorscheme/budget
  3. I just have a farily cheap 30 dollar condesor mic, but I'd say the real star of my show is my xlr interface, I use a focusrite 2i2.
  4. up to you my dude, it all comes down to what kind of performance you want and if you're budget supports it.
  5. Alternatively you can get a laptop sleeve, but that will only protect it from minor scuffs and bumps, for bag drops you're going to want something with a hard compartment. I cant recommend anything off the top of my head, but I know timbuk2 makes some pretty good bags
  6. Yeah im pretty sure, according to this datasheet it supports all the way up to a ryzen 9 https://www.msi.com/pdf/presale_v2/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX/Specification Also the compatibility section here confirms it supports it https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX#support-cpu Sometimes if its an older board it may need a bios update, but that is uncommon.
  7. Pretty good selection here https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/case/#X=0,50637&f=3&sort=-price&page=1 How quiet its gonna be will largely come down to the fans, I would recommend have 4 or 6 fans, (even push vs pull) running at a low rpm only ramping up when things start to get hot under load. Other than that any case you like the look of and has easy to clean fanfilters gets my vote, good luck!
  8. Welcome! Pcpartpicker actaully has a laptop section here https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/laptop/ I put a few of your citera in, https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/laptop/#S=294640000,304800000,312420000,330200000,337820000,342900000,353060000,355600000,381000000&B=4,8&F=8589934592,68719476736&Q=512000000000,2512000000000&sort=-price&page=1 Though unfortunately it does not show prices or a place to buy (I think this database is not kept upto date besides specs) If you find one to your liking you can search the names in your favorite local online retailer and then go from there, good luck!
  9. I have a scarlett duo and have been using them everyday with a 50 ohm set of seinhizer hd558's for the past four years. It gets plenty loud enough, with the knobs turned up my windows sound level is only ever at 10-15/100. Great little device espcailly for a mic, though I have had quite a few driver issues and other issues related the the usb bus that the device is plugged into, fortunately the support staff at focusrite are pretty good.
  10. Its almost as if.... people see right through it.
  11. I just meant its likely not to be some new scam company that is "too good to be true" where they would take your money and run. For example you can google almost any product that retails for 500+ usd on google and under the shopping tab find a brand new e-retailer that is promising to sell it to you for less than 100usd. In that case it would be too good to be true and they are just temporary companies only lasting about a month or two before people and credit card compaies wise up to blacklisting them.
  12. yeah its aight, cyberpower and walmart have both been around forever (relativity) you should be fine with the buy
  13. Cannot help with Australian retailers and phone types available to you there, but you can use this website to check compatibility with your networks. https://willmyphonework.net/
  14. Make sure it has rgb and your friend will be atleast twice as happy with the build.
  15. What is your budget and country(s) you will be using the phone in?
  16. Sometimes a bunk ssd can cause gpu stuttering issues, you could try to install it on another drive. You should also do a memory test just to rule that out.
  17. Guaranteed to die 1 week after the warranty is up. jk, its probably fine if its still running fine, power supply when failing will tend fail spectacularly (mostly the cheap ones) or will partially fail and put out dirty power causing some crashes and other niche issues.
  18. contact your gpu manufacturer, they might be able to help ypu thru any driver issues and ultimately an RMA.
