    It's not going to be a temperature issue
    Those temperatures are normal and definitely would not cause the system to shut down. CPU will only start to throttle itself at around 100°C, and it's only if it keeps rising beyond that it will shut down to protect itself.

    If you open up the side panel of the case you should be able to see if there are any power connectors plugged in to the graphics card or not. If you're unsure, take a photo of the inside of the case and post it here and we can have a look at it and see what's going on. It's possible that you're using a molex to 6pin PCIe connector to power the graphics card, but I wouldn't recommend it.
    Your power supply is not compatible with your system and it needs to be replaced. What country are you in and what's your budget? We can help you find something more suitable for your system.

    Hahaha! I am voting for Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 TI OC Edition 4GB. Well, I am using the same GPU and its fine running for 3 months. and one more thing is that they have a copper pipe that can be cool down the temperature.

    Changed to normal thermal paste as well as swapping out my radiator since I suspected it was too old/broken, and now my cpu is at low 50s so that solves the problem, thanks everyone

    The CPU will not need a driver installed;
    There are no drivers for the motherboard and the current bios on the board will support the CPU - you just have to install windows;
    Most things are plug and play - you can identify and upgrade certain drivers yourself or use a programme such as driver booster to do it for you (however there are some *issues* with that programme that people have had) .
    The SSD should be fine, no formatting should be required.

    I think you'd be fine with a GTX 750 Ti, well below that $150 price tag. If you're comfortable at $200 and want to get something that can handle just about anything at 1080p, the R9 380 (best), GTX 950 (cheapest) or GTX 960 would enter the picture.
