Personally I would switch out the i5 6600k in favor or an i7 on air.
-
That's a solid build but I would consider getting a rx 480 and If budget allows a ssd.
-
It doesn't exactly make sense to pair an fx cpu with water cooling. An i5 on air would be preferable.
-
They obviously don't know what there talking about.
-
Who is "they" who said an i5 6500 is "very bad". For gaming especially an i5 6500 is fine.
-
In my opinion an i5 6500/i5 6600k would be a better choice. Or even an i7 in the budget allowed it. Also for 20$ more you could get an rx 480.

Interesting projector. I wander how much input lag it has.

I am currently using the Razer Blackwidow 2014. I would like the Tesoro Gram Spectrum because my blackwidow does not fit my color scheme.

A GTX 1070 should be able to run 1440p quite well. If you don't want to spend more money go for an r9 480(approximately 200$) for 1080p/potential 1440p. The rest of your build looks good.
-
150 DPI at 1080p.
-
Price divided by performince.
-
A 750 ti would coast about 100$ and should be able to play 1080p at decent settings.
-
150 DPI is perfect for me. I don't know how people can stand anything over 800. After that point the curser just flies at light speed.

That ram is pretty expensive. There are similar performance for less $. Also if it is primary for video editing I would recommend an i7. The r9 390 should easily handle light gaming.
