Yeah, it's something I will have to think about. I basically knew that I would run a real risk running the hardware I have with the FX350. Thank you for the info. I will watch for the FX500, hopefully it will become available at a Canadian retailer, if not eBay it is. 

-If- you know what you're doing and decrease the power limit of the CPU + the GPU, and get a card that only requires a 6-pin (there might be 1660 supers/tis that only require one), then I'd say it's ok. But you're stuck with a computer that's limited in power draw so I'd say the 500W one is a pretty good investment.

Unfortunately, that PSU only has a 6-pin PCIe connector, and that 1660 Ti requires an 8-pin (or 6+2 pin which is the same but the +2 are separate so you can use it as both).
 
In any case I'd look at 450W at the very least for that combination. The CPU is 105W TDP, might draw a bit over that amount of power at full load, and the GPU is 120W, more if you increase the power target. In theory you could do it off 350W, but it would be pushing it and the PSU might shut itself off on a power draw spike.
 
Edit: looking at the prices of aftermarket Flex ATX PSUs, why not buy a case and a decent ATX PSU? It would solve your problems completely.
