in recover console you should be able to do this in command prompt (disable /unplug the current c:/ drive from your pc first) list volume (this command will list all available volumes detected by your computer) select volume * (replace “*” with the exact volume number of the target partition) assign letter=* (replace “*” with the preferred drive letter like “F”) or powershell get-disk Get-Partition -DiskNumber * | Set-Partition -NewDriveLetter *, and press Enter to assign a new drive letter. @Luc1412could try fully resetting options in NVidia control panel maybe theirs a corrupted setting passing over Nvidia installs also worth noting that theirs no new overlays on your game, had it where steam/ubisoft/msi were conflicting & halfed my FPS in some situations Turning off Steam overlay & turning off ubisoft overlay gave me back over 80fps

happy to once I reproduce it. interestingly I been up tonight being sick (its midnight here in the uk) & the forum is super fast and responsive to the point pings have also halved was 12 now 6ms & even stats in developer mode are so much faster example loading comments function normally takes 800ms now its 546ms don't suppose, when I have been using the forum I've been hitting a daily maintenance window? (long shot)

whilst I wont share the HAR data due privacy/data concerns i can tell you the cause of the lag Forum Avatars/Signatures Loading a few pages that were slow Avatars were taking 1.22+ (worst was 5 seconds) seconds to pull down each Reloading same page (hence cached) loads fine load private window same page Can see high load levels again for Images mainly avatars once my browser has loaded url for a few avatars the issue seems to go away, clearing cache & dns resolution & its back, so seem to be related to Crappy CDN bad DNS resolution (using Google) or just slow pulling Avatars /signatures (turning signatures off has helped considerably can you turn off avaters? one of these was https://linustechtips.com/uploads/monthly_2021_10/steamuserimages-a.akamaihd_net.thumb.gif.91edf8d92e5e16775ecc4c2ebb553688.gif and their are various others in that directly that seem to take seconds to load for the first time

less slow, around 3 seconds, but its mainly on Forum Sections not threads almost like its trying to read the Forum Database for Thread Details & its fragmented

you can Process explorer (download) to get the exact program using the writes & usage & that should narrow down the reason to the exact App not just a Service

your not using Start8 or other windows modfiying apps? not had any issues on either W10/11

unfortunately not a good reason to be slow, not when other sites from Canada like Google.ca, AWS & other sites like newegg CA loads far faster & get faster response times via command line

Currently have 2950X & Asusa zenith Extreme. i have a Noctua DH D14-TR4 everything is fine with 64C 100% load at 4Gz all core boost. however i need to use all my PCI-E slots so need something that will not cover up the top slot as its very close to the CPU socket what would suggest with full cover bottom for tr?
