  1. I would label that as negligence, not failure to wear anti-static rubbish.
  2. Yes, but claiming that you can confirm something does not add any validity or confirmation. The entire concept of confirmation is showing the source, not by claiming it's true and giving no real evidence.
  3. You bought the wrong thing then, you get what you pay for, stick to the brand names. If I had to use corded drills I would never be able to work from a boom-lift or scissor lift unless I was less than 10m from the ground. @sotiris.bos To drill concrete, bricks or other stone product you will need a hammer-drill. To insert/remove screws you will need an impact gun, these you can kind of get away with using a cheap one, but if you're going to be doing work outside of hobby use you will want to pay for the more expensive drill. For many things in life there is little difference between expensive brand-name items and cheap, generic items - power tools ARE NOT one of these things you cheap out on, pay a good price now and it will last you a long time without malfunction. Being a trades worker I'm perhaps biased, but my experience only backs up my claim.
  4. Would be a shame if people had a hex editor and decided to change the fps, wouldn't it?
  5. Well, we're westies in Melbourne. Abbott gets more than Obama, what the hell's going on here.
  6. Unionised jobs; easily. My brother pocketed $75k as a 16 year old 1st year sparky, and it close to doubled for his second year, not to mention third and fourth.
  7. To be fair travelling via aeroplane is going forward into the future, though so unnoticeable it had to be proven using atomic clocks. Here is the wikipedia page, take from it what you will.
  8. Naturally formed nuclear reactions existed long before humans could harness them. Some French scientists found one in Africa.
  9. Yes but the Russian and Czech sites use stolen credit cards and steam remove the game from your library a week or two later and give you an email explaining what happened.
  10. Or their claim that dairy milk causes autism.
  11. Well that's bullshit. Of course you can mod a psu, I assume he said that so that people don't go opening their psu while it's plugged in, licking a capacitor or something. The stupidity of some people should never be underestimated and as such it's easier to tell people who were previously not thinking about modding their psu to not try it anyway. Just keep a clamp tester and a multimeter handy and make sure you've earthed it and unplugged it first and then if you're confident in what you're doing you can have a go at modding it. Plenty of people replace their psu fans with better quality alternatives, it's just easier to not encourage others to do so because eventually someone will do something stupid and try to blame someone else.

    Wtf NCIX? lol

Yet you've failed to present a reason why.

    Wtf NCIX? lol

You get what you pay for, don't you? If one pc is cheaper than the equivalent of another company, surely you would at least check the list of components included.

Don't call it significant without giving a substantial reason why. Your only basis for argument is that other people have called it insignificant and you disagree, without pointing out why. Yes, it is weird to white-out a label saying it's for home and office only, we get that. What we don't understand is why you're making a huge deal out of it. Did it cause you physical harm, psychological harm or personal loss of any kind? No? Well there goes all the legalities you could argue.

Give it some fucking context rather than assuming your contention is obvious to everyone.

We read it, it's just not significant. At all... Did he not use it in a home or office? There aren't many more places you could use the psu other than a data center (of which they would not waste their time on consumer products unless they enjoy power failures.)
  17. Honestly, the NDA expiration time is not his (or anyone else's) fault. If the NDA did not exist products would be leaked instantly and rival companies could use this to a marketing advantage. You have many valid arguments but this is definitely not one of them.
  18. They utilise multiple controllers to make that happen iirc.
  19. The performance difference is that little you won't have a noticeable change.
  20. Can't blame him if he does. She can't structure a single sentence without mindless repetition of "like." Do you like, get like, what I'm like, saying? Half the comments on her videos seem to be from children who only watch because she is "so hot she needs water cooling omg."
  21. One of the two. The 2600k is great. Very stable overclocker actually. The rest of OP's PC is decent at the least.
  22. Doesn't cat6 ethernet lose speed/signal after 49.7m though?
  23. I've heard plenty of people say this before, it almost never happens. It's much easier to live with parents and pay board while saving for a deposit on a house.
  24. If academic and social lives are the only responsibility for a teenager, then they get it pretty damn easy.
