  1. if you get a 970 for dirt cheap then yeah....check for the cheapest prices around..... getting a 1070 will be costly and then you are wasting a 970 on your hand
  2. you can use a convuluted streaming process.....something like getting the content from your phone to the PC through a service and then playing it from there. But the point of it isnt apparent here what do you want to achieve with this , maybe that will give better answer,,
  3. I should have been more specific. Can you get any output from the mobo?
  4. it is definitely not healthy. There is a reason why those heavy duty cards are made with the same performance for a higher price. But that said, i dont see a reasno why you should worry about it . The card is pretty robust . Just keep checking the temps and it should be fine for a while
  5. the output is taken from GPU right? via HDMI?
  6. In my opinion its pretty cool . It has much more appeal than Ingress, a game with a similar strategy of "getting off your butt and moving around". + It helps you meet new people in person, and whether thats your cup of tea or not, you have to admit its a lot more productive than sitting at home and grammar Naziing the hell out of youtube comments. Nevertheless, the drawbacks do exist...one has to be careful
  7. check which has best support in the local area, as the guy above me said...thats important, and comes before price.
  8. title^ If yes, when I plug my fast charge enabled phone into my usb 3 port on my PC , i should be able to charge it faster, yes?
  9. Yes i have seen that...and i i dotn have the Hosted network support in my wireless card....so i was wondering if there is an alternative program..something other than connectify....
  10. no and I want to use my Laptop's wifi adapter to make it a hotspot...to which other wireless devices can connect to
  11. I have a wired internet connection to my PC and cannot get a router at the moment.... I have googled this and came up with the solution offered by connectify...the program...but it isnt as reliablle as I wanted it to be (my android phone keeps dropping the connection whenevr it wants) . I have also heard of virtual network but i dont wont to try it out as they say it doesnt work well with windows 10 PCs , and mine happens to be one of them. Is there any other way which works better? Maybe a built in feature? Any help is appreciated...
  12. This is a very strange 1200 build. You could easily fit an R9 390 and an i5 4790k at this price point. Maybe even an SSD
  13. Yeah it seems fine...though you could go for the tried and trusted Asus route, the AOC model you linked is fine
  14. If you live in the US, an one plus 3 would be the option to go for
