  2. I was more concerned if the whole thing is going to vibrate too much and end up damaging the disk tray or something?
  3. Hello, I want to put my PS4 on a metal filing cabinet like this: I am wondering if this is a safe thing to do, as the filing cabinet isn’t as sturdy / more prone to vibration than wood. Thanks.
  4. Okay, thanks. But my speakers and TV both have two sets of L / R. Which ones should I use?
  5. Set up: Samsung TE390S Smart TV Edifier EDFR980T Bookshelf Speakers I have attached image of the speakers and diagram of the TV.
  6. I just installed the driver from the manufacturer's website.
  7. I'm using this WiFi adapter. The problem; it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again, making the Windows sound like when you disconnect USB. Sometimes the adapter will stay connected for hours, even all day. But other times it's just constantly fitting. When the problem started; after I upgraded my CPU and clean installed Windows 10. The adapter was working fine previously. I have installed the relevant driver, and also tested with the Windows Update supplied driver. Same result. Any ideas on what this might be?
  8. Just upgraded my CPU, with clean install of Windows. I DDU and installed the latest Nvidia driver for the GTX 1660 Super. But I'm missing Nvidia Control Panel. It seems that you have to download it from the Microsoft store? Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks.
  9. Ryzen 5 2600 Arctic Alpine 64 PLUS MSI B350M Mortar HyperX FURY 8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz Memory Kit (2 x 4 GB) BEQUIET BN297 500W Semi-Modular PSU
  10. No plugins. I have seen a similar issue before when new cards come out. Just hopeful that it's not a hardware issue.
  11. Yes. And I had the same issue before clean installing Windows.
  12. Hi there. I've had this issue ever since upgrading my GTX 1050 TI --> 1660 Super. Not a big deal -- videos still play fine -- but I do sometimes see a green screen for a moment when I open/close videos. This is fixed by turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome. But I was wondering why this happens. Is there something wrong with my GPU?
  13. Hi there. I just installed the Ryzen 5 2600 and clean installed Windows 10. I have downloaded the chipset driver installer from AMD's website. Do I need to remove the default chipset drivers before I go ahead?
  14. Hi. My PCs stereo speakers are currently sitting on my glass James table. They're really bassey and I can feel the vibration in my hands when I'm at my PC. In terms of acoustics, I'm sure set up this isn't great. However, I'm more concerned if the vibration could potentially damage the speakers and/or glass table? Thanks in advance
  15. Using a 2-Male RCA adaptor cable I connected my stereo speakers to my monitor. That worked great. I later decided to try to connect my speakers to my motherboard. As I unplugged the speakers, I forgot to turn them off. Now, my left speaker no longer seems to work (no audio) with the motherboard nor the monitor. I have ordered a new adaptor cable, as I suspect that it's damaged. But I'm concerned if it's something more serious. Perhaps the speakers themselves sustained damage? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
  16. Sorry to bother you again. My friend's PC only reports 8GB of RAM in use (i.e. the memory I gave him), instead of 24GB. Any ideas? Edit: we're currently checking BIOS and weather the mobo has any RAM limits.
  17. I see your point. Thank you for your help.
  18. Ah, I should have mentioned I used to run it dual channel. So is having the two extra sticks worth it?
  19. Thanks for the response. Since most games only really demand 8GB, is this such a bad idea?
  20. So I gave my friend my old HyperX Savage memory (2x4GB @2400MHz). They already have one stick of 16GB 1600MHz memory. So what's the best configuration to use here?
  21. I've attached CPU usage (running UserBenchmark) and RAM usage (not running UserBenchmark). The new benchmark only reports 8% background CPU usage. That's also while running Task Manager and taking screenshots.
  22. Task Manager normally looks fine. I'm just going by what UserBenchmark says.
