  1. Okay thanks, i'll look up how to disassemble the aio quick disconnect phoenix cpu block and see if it is indeed clogged. I need to order more paste though first.
  2. Okay thanks for the info. I was under the impression I didn't need to clean my system very often because it is the quick already filled phoenix line. [thought I read somewhere before I bought it you wouldn't need to do too much cleaning with it because of how it is. oops xP] imma have to watch some videos on how to do that because i've only ever messed with cls for water cooling and the ek's phoenix line is my first "actual water cooling" experience. My gpu is still only getting into the low 40c at max load even now and thats around the same as when I installed the gpu water block on it so i guess the cpu block is just catching all the nasties.
  3. This is a copy of my post over on reddit, but i figure the more insight into this the better :) I'm at a loss currently and I'm wanting to get some other perspectives on this before I start ripping apart my pc again. Currently, I have ek Phoenix quick disconnect setup for my GPU [1080ti] and CPU [2950x] using two EK-MLC Phoenix 360 Radiator Core Modules. My GPU at idle is under 30c normally sitting at 27-29c. My cpu on the other hand with stock setting goes from 40c to 60c for no apparent reason with less than 10% load, and if I enable precision boost in the ryzen master it goes from 50c to 60c and won't get any colder under the same 10% load. To begin with just around a year ago my temps with the CPU boosting to 4.4-4.5 under the precision boost overclock consistently wouldn't even hit 60c, the highest it would get was low 50c's. I'm wanting to know if my thermal paste [thermal grizzly kryonaut] has gone bad and I need to replace it. First time using the stuff so I'm not sure about the life of it. Or if the CPU block is known to be bad and is now just clogged with gunk... Honestly just not looking forward to taking the stuff apart to figure it out/I'm out of CPU paste and can't buy any for around another week so I'm here getting thoughts first.
  4. I would love the new Razer Blade Stealth to replace my aging hp dandelion breeze. Thanks! and congrats on getting 3 million!

  6. Well, i'm able to get a stable oc (as far as I can tell) of 4.0ghz with 1.089v on air using a CM hyper 212 evo and a evga x99 classy mobo. my temps in aida64 never got above 70c, and its running about 40-45c when I got chrome open (I have around 30 tabs open)
