New update FLTMGR.SYS failed this time I tried to boot up my computer.

Sorry that's one of things I failed to mention. I have reinstalled windows, but when I do it works fine for the first few hours then... Not so. This leads me to think it might be something that's is downloaded?

Hi I posted about this a while back but randomly the problem disappeared shorty after, now this problem has started again. I'm randomly BSODing. Along with the errors listed in the title, once I also got told (by the blue screen) that it was caused by ntfs.sys, but that's it as I can't actually get onto my computer for long enough to get some of the crash log data. Thanks for the help in advance P.s already checked components and that's not it.

K thanks for all the feed back, but after doing some of what you guys suggested I noticed a pin on my motherboard was bent into another, this was causing the system to short hence the restarting, I bent this back into place and now everything works. I don't know why I got these weird symptoms, but thanks to all those who helped.

Hi I recently built a new computer post Christmas and after completing the build I found out i have what seems to be a motherboard problem. Whenever I start up my computer normally, my monitor does not pick up any input signal even though all leds and fans are working inside my case, but after about 10s the computer dies. But plot twist the computer then restarts again on its own accord and repeats the same process until I turn of the PSU at the wall. The way I've figured out how to get aground this is resetting the BIOS (by taking out the battery). Upon doing this my computer boots up fine, and then reboots find unless I leave it for several hours because then the problem arises again. Specs: I5 6600k Gigabyte Z170N-Wifi Rev 1.0 EVGA GTX 1060 16GB Hyperx RAm Thanks for any help in advance Edit: Can't spell

Based on your diagram I would have thought it to work as all the pins would still connect to the drive as the B+M doesn't have anymore pins, but only less pins.

So I am currently looking to buy an m.2 SSD and the best one (for the price) I can find, as I understand, is in the a B+M key, the problem is, is that my motherboard only has a B (or M I can't tell) port and was wandering if it would still work.

Need a new mechanical keyboard as the title says, I don't mind TKL, but I don't want anything smaller. Price is £125/$150, but it needs reasonable shipping to the UK e.g the WASD V2 is $50 shipping. The switches must also be cherry mx clear or brown. Thanks, James
