has anybody had this issue before? ive tried 2 keyboards and neither work until i enable on screen keyboard. im so frustrated and i cant find anything online either.

i record some things in 4k (elgato 4k60) and use sony vegas and premiere pro. kinda dont want to spend 500+ on the 3900 and 3950. suggestions?
