  1. It's a permissions issue. Showing hidden files did the trick but says i don't have permission to access the file. trouble shooting now.
  2. Tried. Only user is "Public" and in that folder contains a bunch of folders with nothing in them.
  3. I need to access something that is on the desktop of my old hdd i recently got an ssd and replaced that as the boot drive i have everything on the ssd but i never deleted the stuff on the hdd so it should still be there, how do i access the desktop file from file explorer?
  4. yeah looks pretty nice ill probably get it in a different color though
  5. current desk is about 3 3/4 ft. but ones that is like 4 1/2 would be perfect because my monitor wouldn't be hanging off
  6. I'm switching rooms and i'm thinking about getting a new desk, this is my current setup (https://imgur.com/a/TdpJCz1) as you can see my left monitor is hanging off a bit and I could fix that but then my tower would be too close to the edge for my liking, does anyone know a nice wide modern looking desk that has all the room for my stuff? thanks.
  7. So I bought a samsung 850 evo like a year ago and i never really felt the need to put my boot files on my ssd but recently i've been wanting to. I know i have to use samsung data migration to move it but since i have 600 some odd gigs of data used on my hdd it says that its full. I just want to move boot files, not everything on my hdd as my ssd is only 256gbs and only about 60 are available currently, any help?
  8. Look at some of Corsairs mice. Well priced and wide selection starting at like 39.99$ to like 80.
  9. It seems fine, dont buy windows you can get it for free on Microsofts website and then download some .bat file that unlocks it for you, Get a cheaper motherboard if you don't plan on overclocking, maybe an ssd with saved money from windows.
  10. Agreed. get a 1050ti. Anything above it is super inflated/hard to find because of the cryptocurrency mining thing going on
  11. You should have no problem running all of those games on the 760, FH3 may be a problem. I mean, you're making money off the 1070 after having it for a year, if you can bear with a lower level card thats a few years old for a few months, go for it. Although, Volta cards are probably going to be bought out super quickly just from whats currently going on, people are desperate to get cards, to the point they will pay 750$ for a USED 1070.
  12. This happened to me before. I had just bought a GTX 1060 at this point (upgrading from 960) and this was happening constantly. I tried everything, drivers, putting the card in/out again, checking temps, etc.. what did it for me was putting it into a different pci slot. This also happened to my friend with his 1070. He brought it to my house threw it in my pc and it didnt happen even when he put it back into his computer, coincidence? I'm not sure. Try putting it into another pci slot. edit: not sure what causes this just upgraded to a 1080 and did not experience the same problem.
  13. I bought my corsair k70 rgb lux yesterday, and it was working yesterday but now after i turned off my computer its not registering in Corsair Utility Engine. nothing was changed i just turned my computer on/off. any help?
