My HyperX Cloud II compensates the problem a bit.

Hi, i own an Asus 780 Ti and it runs all games (No performance problem). But one fan only turns on if the other goes full speed. After that the not working fan also goes full speed for 5 seconds and then the card is completly silent. I have no clue what to do. I cleaned the card and de/reinstalled GPU Tweak II but that didn't helped anyway.
