    Whats the specs because it might just be that your computer hasn't loaded the files fast enough to ram to have the file buffered so its trying to catch up to the correct place Also shadow play slows down when the systems under heavy load ive found so it might just be that

    You might want to try running the videos through handbreak and setting the frame rate to ether 30 or 60 in that i found that solved most of my audio sync issues

    To me the overinflated part looks like the game size 50GB for a game seems a bit excessive . It could be any I7 Thats needed even those 1.11 GHz Ones found in Ultrabooks Why couldn't they just use Core count with a set speed cpu frequency instead

    i get what your trying to say id rather go for newer since it would mean decreased chance of failure but i quite like the 5 Fps burst rate

    trust me on this a 4Kg ( 4.5Kg in my case) laptop is not something that you want to be lugging around much and finding a bag for it that lasts more than 6-8 weeks is hard i would go with what slenderman379 said buy a dell ultrabook and whilst personally id go with other makes ultrabooks there out of your $1100 max i think ( having no clue what the us price for it is )

    Does it need to be portable because looking at that price range and battery life you're basically looking a ultrabook

    not that i'm an expert but some of the issues you said sound like a wifi issue not a isp one your rooter can only send information to one device at a time thats where the lag comes from.My suggestion which would be wire it up won't be very practical for you but its the only way i know of to reduce that issue. Also from the sounds of it Talk talk might be throttling you an issue my friend has when we game
