  1. Sometimes people just come here asking for help and when they receive a solution they just close the site and move on. We don't live in a perfect world, as much as we want every single problem to be solved and properly marked, it won't. Whats important is if someone was helpful and a solution was reached. Complaining about it won't achieve anything productive or positive.

  7. A cotton swab with some isopropyl alcohol should help absorb whatever droplets are left in there and evaporate along with the alcohol. Give it a few hours and it should be fine. It's very good this happened while the machine wasn't powered on.

  12. Glad its fixed! Please remember to use the quote button next time so people get notified when you reply. Also mark my post as a solution (where i specified you're missing the temp variables) so people searching for this problem in the future can quickly see what the solution is.
  13. Correct. I'm not sure if it needs a restart for the variables to get refreshed but you could do that just incase.
  14. Can you try adding the TEMP and TMP system variables if you dont have them?
  15. Hmm, you seem to be missing the temp variables? Try running "temp" from the run dialog (win+r)
  16. Please go into advanced settings and provide a screenshot of what you have in the system variables list (Win+R, type SystemPropertiesAdvanced in the run box then on the System Properties window the bottom button "Environment Variables")
