Looking at local pc listings again. Someone is selling a system with a delid cpu (rare find) with applied liquid metal.... and running the stock cooler.

    They probably bought it delidded from someone else and only had the stock cooler.

    Or they want to keep their good air cooler/AIO/waterblocks for a different CPU/system so are selling it with just the stock cooler.
