You probably don't need 16GB of RAM.
You don't need a water cooling.
The RX 480 is awesome, you should probably go for that. (I'm a NVIDIA fanboy, though AMD has done something very good)
I don't think the PSU needs to be that many Watts.
    I don't know if it's a good idea to go 4k.

It tends to be a bad idea to build a computer like that now, and put the Graphics card in later.

You get a really weak computer for a bit.
It probably isn't really relevant in this season, and for such a small amount of time, though: when you don't buy all the parts at the same time, the pieces that you've got sitting around become outdated, and something much better may be released between, and it may come down in price.

It's going to work without the GPU.
What do you think of the RX 480? A lot of us have mentioned this, and you haven't replied to it.
Though if it's 4k, that's a lot of pixels that the GPU has to power.

That would be ~82C which isn't an issue if that's under load, while a bit warm the system will thermal throttle if it gets too hot, in general though as long as they are under 85-90C it won't have any issues.

    Sorry,

If I were you I wouldn't get a sound card, I'm running a quality computer with a $150 headset and have experienced no issues not having a soundcard or DAC.
Unless you're going for a really low quality mobo, I don't think you need a sound card or DAC.

You don't have the parts necessary to build this PC- you're missing a hard drive, memory, and a power supply.

Why don't you give us your budget and location? That way, people can link you builds through PCPartPicker and, if you ask the right questions, talk you through the process of why they picked what they did.

Save the money completely and stick to 2133 unless you're trying to win benchmarks, which you probably won't under any circumstance anyways.

Also I'm a single data point, but I've had multiple G.Skill kits disappoint me.  My storage servers kit started misbehaving after a few years in service.  That was a bitch to trouble shoot.

EDIT: To elaborate, Puget Systems and I are on the same page.  Extreme memory speed kits are pointless nowadays.  You get no real world performance difference and you risk mobo incompatibility, memory controller incompatibility, general shakiness, etc.

200 MHz isn’t that much of a difference. You won't notice any difference between thse two kits.
