  1. Finally! a short throw that actually looks like its going to deliver. The amount of movies that could be watched in the coolest of places such as goblin valley utah or at Carlsbad; what an incredible experience that would be. If only dreams came true.
  2. ^^^^^^ What Technous285 said ten fold. It's great, just do it.
  3. Can i get one of those keyboards please?!?!?! I've been borrowing my moms for over a year now
  4. I can somewhat agree with everyone above. You could get away with a 650 (or dare i say 550?) watt power supply where you're only running the one card and the cpu isnt overclocked. Just make sure its of good quality. My first personal rig a couple of years ago started out life with a lesser known power supply that was 80+ gold and it didnt take long for that to leave the system. A PSU that is reliable and give stable power is seriously important. I lived with just a 120 ssd at that time also. I ran out of room pretty quick but if your on a budget and not worried about how fast your games load you can always add a hard drive for pretty decent price.
  5. I think it has to do with what motherboard more then anything. I wasnt running an overclock either when it happened to me. The biggest thing i would look for is whether the back plate moves once you've screwed the double ended screws into the back plate. if it wiggles back and forth then that is most likely your problem.
  6. I had been running into the same issue with a H110i GT cooler. I found the mod that airdeano suggested many of time when researching the problem. I ended up using the rubber mount bushings that came for mounting fans on my 760t case. Although it hasn't been the most ideal temps and solution it did help. Like you, i was hitting 90 to even 100 with the simplest of tasks and you could wiggle the block noticeably even though the screws were all the way tight. Now that i have the rubber spacers in there I hit maybe 60c on a 10 min stress test with a decent overclock. Give the spacers a try if you havent, O rings can be bought for like 25 cents at a auto parts store.
