  1. Big hands, palm grip and want rgb Mionix Naos 7000. Don't go with the other versions. 7000 has the best sensor besides the qg.
  2. Not sure if it has been changed in a revision since I looked at them, but their weak point is a bad solder job at the usb cable connector on the keyboard side.
  3. How old is it? If it is still under warranty, try to get a replacement. If not, odds are be prepared to get a new mouse.
  4. Dont do razer. Spotty QC. For your criteria, logitech, zowie or mionix. Not sure on the prices in Canadian pesos, but all run about 60 USD. As a personal suggestion, if you palm grip, mionix naos 7000.
  5. Za11 is more ambi dextrous design and ec1 is ergonamic. I dont think either one really goes on sale very often. Another thing you can do is see if any brick and mortars carry them. At least that would let you touch and feel them. Naos 7000 is going for 55 usd on amazon with free prime shipping. I know 60 for a mouse seems really expensive at first, but just think of how much you use it. Compare it to the price of a game. You buy a game and play it for 100 hours. Then you buy the next awesome game. Guess what? Same mouse.
  6. Been down the best buy route. Loved the discount. Anyway for the AMD, you can thank Intels marketing. Intel commercials are mixed in with main stream shows and it becomes that brand. AMD to the un-informed is like the chinese knock off. Best thing to do is explain some of AMDs history, yet be very brief. Also tell them computer x with amd get more for their money then computer y with intel. Do some research on your down time at work looking up reviews and benchmarks. Good managers shouldnt fuss. Just be blunt and say which computer is faster/better. Cpu= The brain. The bigger the numbers, the 'smarter' and faster it is. Motherboard= spine. Connects everything together. RAM= See above. GPU= Draw the picture on the screen. By having a seperate GPU, the CPU can focus on other things while GPU draws the picture making everything faster.
  7. Everything on the mouse is the same except the sensors. Maybe my google-fu is broke but I could not pin point the 3200s exact sensor. Either way, I would save up the extra 15 bucks and get the 7000. It uses the 3310 which is one the best and most widely used sensors. The 3200s DPI adjustments are 800-1600-3200 and thats it. The 7000 is adjustable from 50 to 5000 in increments of 50. Better tracking and precision on 7000. If you are strapped for cash and need the mouse now, get the 3200. If you like the shape and fit, get the 7000 later and save the 3200 as a backup. Up to you though.
  8. The problem is the price. All the mice you mentioned are around 60ish + price range. Unless you have no mouse at all, waiting and saving is probably better. Between 60-80 USD, you open up a huge range of options from logitech, steelseries, mionix, razer and zowie. And on that note, I have large hands as well and use palm grip. Might not be as large as yours though. I use a Mionix Naos 7000. Very comfortable, but it cost 60-70 USD. This has to be the best PC part purchase I ever made. Used to use a DA and would never go back. Here is a review of it here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1488068/mionix-naos-7000-gaming-mouse-review-by-ino Edit: I might be off on prices so go easy. Its past 2am.
  9. Look at mionix, great mice for the money. Plus they are located in Swedan.
  10. http://www.amazon.com/Tt-eSPORTS-Poseidon-Illuminated-KB-PIZ-KLBLUS-01/dp/B00HZE2PJS Uses kaihl blues or browns. For a little more you can get true cherries. I have the above keyboard with blues and it has been solid and a great keyboard.
  11. It is razer and they have spotty QC. Generally speaking, they are good mice and would probably be more recommended if they had better reliability. I had 2 deathadders from them and on both, within a year, LMB would double click on a single click. It was a simple fix but involved tearing the whole mouse apart. Some razer stuff wont die, some are DOA. I have since moved to a mionix naos. Fits my palm grip. For the naga, go to like best buy and see how it feels in your hand and if you really like it, buy it. However, I would not call it the 'best' fps mouse.
  12. The differences between the xl2411z and the xl2430t is just down to features like a seperate switch to use for monitor, audio pass thru, usb hub, and a different stand and bezel. They both use the exact same TN panel. Image quality will be pretty much the same. The xl2430t is more feature rich. The only usability difference is xl2430t accepts Display Port for 144hz. Xl2411z is limited to dual link DVI (cable included in box btw). If you like the extra features, go xl2430t. If not, xl2411z is still a great 144hz monitor. I personally live mine.
  13. Palm grip, look at the mionix naos 7000. Most comfortable mouse for me. Might be big for your hands. The castor is also very good. The mad catz stuff looks way over priced for a 3310 sensor which is all your performance. If you like the looks of it go for a g502 which arguably has the best sensor on the market.
  14. Full sized, backlit (1 color), and uses kailh blues (and other switch options). http://www.amazon.com/Tt-eSPORTS-Poseidon-Illuminated-KB-PIZ-KLBLUS-01/dp/B00HZE2PJS?th=1&psc=1 Used for 2 years and works very well. Very simple and basic.
  15. Deathadder is nicely shaped mouse with good sensors but the Quality control isnt there. Far as FPS games, DPI isnt so much important as a good sensor with no acceleration and accurate tracking. I game with like 1600 DPI and really low sensitivity. Most others I know use between 400-3200. (3200 is really pushing it). Finding the best fps gaming mouse for you. Step 1: If possible, go to a store (like Best Buy, Micro Center, or even some walmarts) or use a friends mouse to see what you like and is comfortable to use. All subjective because everyone holds, uses, and picks up mice differently. Get a feel for what you really like. Step 2: Do a little research. Once you find the one you like, search around and see what sensor it is and just learn a little about. Step 3: Buy it. Just as general suggestions: Mionix Naos 7000, Mionix Castor, Logitech G502, Zowie mice, Steelseries, Roccat.
