Hi, I need help on my PC. When I switched on the power supply, for 1 second all the lights and fan will turn on and off again. Then if I press power on, on my computer it will boot normally and ok. Is there something wrong with my PC? Thanks in advance. but the i3 has 2 physical cores and 2 virtual only right? so basically latest games won't run that requires 4 cores? those online stores doesn't ship here in UAE. that build on the pcpartpicker will costs me $605 here

I saw that this CPU is categorize as a server CPU? Will this not be a problem? Also, i'm confused with these two GPU. Searching local online store and found these.
