I refuse to use any Apple product on principal. But will definitely look into the Thinkpads, thanks

My current laptop has a GTX 950m(or960m). But it has a *SUPER* shit battery, like 2 hours. EDIT: I will be doing a lot of password cracking and penetration tests I haven't used Kali before but I have to learn it for my job. I was hoping more seasoned users can share what they'd use
-
Money is not the issue. I'm trying to find out what people are using and/or what they recommend. I can assign a budget from there. I want it to be able to competently do everything Kali is capable of without choking. My only 2 requisites are it's not an overkill (unneeded for the job) "not fancy" and has a good battery. The rest is up to whoever else contributes to the thread. I just want to know what people recommend...
-
I don't know what is good for kali that's why I'm asking ? "Not fancy, has a good battery" "LOOKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS"!
-
Hi I'm looking for recommendations on laptops to use with Kali Linux. Nothing too fancy, decent battery life. Any help is much appreciated ?

As some of you may know, Prof. Hawking passed not long ago. (We're just hearing about it) He's a great loss to our world and the science community. I'm not good at these kinds of posts so here's an article from The Telegraph, it's short and to the point.

aoe 1 definitive edition Age of Empire : Definitive Edition & Microsoft Store
Yves replied to Commander221's topic in PC Gaming
It's ok.. The gaming community are pretty divided about it because of a few reasons. If you were to buy say CoD: Advanced Warfare on the windows store you can't play with people on Steam. Apparently (I'm not sure if this is still a thing) "Universal Windows Apps" including games always ran in fullscreen-windowed so the game couldn't take exclusive control of the graphics driver. I love the xbox play anywhere feature that is sorely underrated and unused because barely any developer uses it. It's still young and still has a lot of growing up to do. It's not THAT bad. Kind of sad AoE 1 will be exclusive to the Microsoft Store, but that may change, they said the same about Quantum Break and that's on steam. Maybe wait a little? -

I believe that fills all of your requirements http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/xps-15/spd/xps-15-9560-laptop/dncwxb1608v2 -
2FA with a mobile phone or app is over-rated, create a secondary account with another email provider, set an RNG password and right it down on a sticky note (physically not on your desktop) keep it safe, that becomes your 2F. Hotmail is a good alt to go with. If you need access to that gmail account you can contact Google and they can authenticate your identity in other ways to help you regain access, I was able to do this after losing access to an account for over 3 years

Yes, you can remove it....

Not for a 550... there are 9 series cards that do better than that even after translated to my local currency, and we seriously have a bad second hand market here

Asus have one of the better ecosystem's, but it's all a matter of preference at this point. 'RGB' is not by any means a mature 'platform/standard' (anything of the like)

Uhm no, go for some corsair lpx vengance memory, it's cheap and fast
