So i have mounted a virtual dvd on windows 10, like usual, but after ejecting it, the dvd drive didn't disapear and i cannot delete the dvd i had mounted before because i get an error (see image).
My laptop doesn't have a diskdrive, but it still shows up in "my computer" and when i double click it, it asks for a disk.
No way to remove it either. When i try to remove the dvd in question, windows tells me it is open in another program.
I went into the disk management, but i cannot do anything with the partitions, when i right-click, it only says "help" and redirects me to a useless mircosoft site.
I want to remove this without resorting to a clean install to windows 10 if possible.
There are no restore points to go back to and googling this issue didn't yield any results.
Does anyone know how i can fix this?
