All personal preference IMO - I don't care much for exclusives to begin with and the multi-platform stuff is better on XBOX.

Definitely the Xbox controller - the PS4 controller just feels awkward and small in the hand.

We use Ubiquiti Networks' UniFi AP at my place of work - both in the office and when we install networks. They work really well.
