i did have something like that situation before on one of my other builds and never found out why, i had just inistalled a new gpu(gts 450) and after i plugged it in it was like a surge went through my pc, it turned out to be my psu, it was a diablotek el cheapo 450, after i changed to a evga 500b, i never had any problems. i don't know if its the same problem.
if you do decide to plug in the fan i would recommend using a different fan header, other than that 500w should be more than enough for what you are running.
sorry wish i could help out more but an suggestions other than trying out a new power supply might screw up your pc more.

since when does any game make any sense? but in this game geralt is independent, and well as the rest of the witchers and they all have a common enemy, so that would negate any hostilities towards each other and focus on the fighting the wild hunt which threatens everyone.
after that then they can go back to killing each other, funny how art imitates life. maybe there was a hidden message in there somewhere about american policy, lol

according to part picker your system is drawing approx 440W without cooling, oc, etc
i'd say safe bet would be 600 and above for future upgrades

there shouldn't be any problem, i ended buying this because i prefer the xbone controller over the 360 , which i also have the wireless connector for.
everything is configured through direct input which is what most games use and should be compatible.
note: i have used the adapter with the elite and regular xbone controller and they work great.

it should be enough, maybe close to 350w with the hdd etc,depends on the extras in your case , if you are overclocking, etc, i personally would up it to a 600 but a 500 should be enough as long as it is a quality psu, and not some off brand,
the minimum required is a 500w, the card itself draws about 150
put your components into pcpartpicker.com and it will show you an approx wattage in the upper right side. add 40% more and thats what some recommend

i have a 300/20 connection and just used the smc they gave me with a nighthawk r7000 i picked up from costco, at times i can have 13 devices connected and i have never had any problems streaming 4k,file sharing, the only problems i had was the network drive always disconnecting, it was just a usb 3.0 external so it was kinda expected, but my printer works flawlessly connected

it did't brick mine, i just had to install the drivers again, luckily i found the disk since it was an off brand. try and see if installing the drivers fixes it

check amazon warehouse most of the products there are either customer return cause it wasn't what they wanted or the boxes were damaged in shipping and they cant sell as new. they have a great return policy if you are a prime member. so basically you can test it and return it if you dont like it.

ASUS has software which lets you adjust speeds to overclock/underclock via software, as well as other motherboard and gpu manufacturers. these days overclocking is somewhat easier than before when there honestly was no reason to overclock other than to brag how much you pushed the cpu without it actually burning up

those were the two that i looked at, there is an upgrade to the anker batter which is 26800 mah, which is a lot and should provide more than a few hours of life, i actually ended up going with this though, not the model i have since it is not discontinued
i would like to say it worked but idk if in the long run it is actually killing my battery, i took it camping at it worked fine, but what i do now is use this to charge external packs then use the external at night, because i read that it is not advised to use the laptop while using the solar charger.

i was planning on buying this myself but there were mixed reviews, though most of the bad reviews were because they didnt have the right connections for the notebook they had which actually could be lack of research by the buyer
though this seems to be a bette choice at a premium price, since it is an anker which has a great reputation for portable battery packs, just not sure if it has a plug for your particular laptop

is it the gps or is it google maps that is not working correctly?
do you have a task killer? have you gone into developer mode to enable close app on exit?
thats typical of most samsung phones unfortunately and the note 4 was known to have the best battery life of their phones, pending on the carrier signal strength will kill phone batteries a lot , being in hawaii it sucks as far as reception goes cause the tree huggers wont allow antennas here.
try another app, lots of other camera apps in the play store
if you are comfortable with messing with your phone, you could always root and debloat your phone , i did this with my sons phone and it really improved his battery life and i also installed a custom rom later which made it a lot better. just make sure you backup the stock rom in case you need to return the phone.
