  1. It was able in my GPU Tweak. Maybe try MSI afterburner than.
  2. I reinstalled the AMD driver and it was way better after I did this. There were still some graphic glirches left, so I started searching the internet and found out that der is a VRAM issue. I underclocked it about 70mHz and now its fine.
  3. The problems are way better when I turn down my graphic settings. I now its a very high OC but going up in 20-30 mHz steps worked just fine.
  4. I overclocked my ASUS R9 270x 4gb with ASUS GPU Tweak (Win 10). The core from 1120 to 1350 and the vram from 1400 to 1570 (Core-Volts were automaticly highered from GPU tweak). It worked fine for hours in furmark and in games like GTA V, CSGO and Arma 3. I started my PC the next day and nothing worked, even CSGO crashed permanently. "The AMD driver has stopped working and was restarted" or the whole PC freezed. So I thougt fuck this and set everything down to the base clock of 1120 and 1400. Now I have some graphic glitches in GTA V (could be the game) and very rarely in other games. Most Problems occur in GTA, because it crashes every 30 min while CSGO is doing it evrey 1-2h and is still working after the AMD driver has restarted itself. I wanted to ask you if my GPU is fucked or If it makes sense to try underclocking core/vram.
  5. In the last time I thave been thinking about issues with watercooling. When you have a loop and your CPU is 70°C hot, the produced heat get transported away by the floating water. But when you turn your PC off, there is still a bit of heat left that can't geat away by the water because its not moving anymore. So the CPU should get really hot when turning off the PC (I think). There is no such problem with aircooling because the heatpipes are still working. I'm not sure about that, what do you think?
  6. I do want to overclock, but my graphicscard is quiet a bottleneck for my PC. I'll by a new one when the next generation is released. (and the board is looking awesome!)
  7. Oh guys I think I got it. My Mainboard increased the boostclock to 4.8GHz and the voltage without asking. I'm gonna reduce this to normal speeds and voltage. Thanks so much till now. Now I'm at 40°C idle and 65°C under load.
  8. I have the problem with the CPUID CPU-Z benchmark and while playing games like GTA V and Arma 3.
  9. Ok, I did let the fans spin faster a lot of times with both coolers, but it didn't helped with the aircooler and the watercooler. The Corsair watercooler has a preapplied thermalpaste that spreaded really good. Now with the bequiet aircooler I think I have too much thermalpaste, because it was put on in a spiral over the whole contact plate. I did remove the plastic protector. The screws can't be tightend any more because its not possible to reach them, but I tried this with the corsair cooler and they were really tightened to their limit. It didn't affect the temperatures in a way thats worth mentioning.
  10. First I'll start with my setup: i7 4790k without OC ASUS Maximus VII Hero ROG RAM 16gb G.Skill RipjawsX F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ASUS R9 270X DirectCU II 4gb 2tb Western Digital WDC WD20EZRX-22D8PB0 128gb Samsung SSD 850 PRO Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600W NZXT. Noctis 450 Case Windows 10 professional 64bit My Cpu is getting really hot 34° C idle and 80°C under load with my Corsair H100i GTX watercooler while using the highest settings. My VRM is idle around 40°C and under load 75°C. After thinking about I hoped my H100i GTX is broken and ym VRM is not getting any air to be cooled, so I send it back and bought a bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 to solve the problem. It didn't. My CPU is now 2-5°C hotter in every situation and the VRM is about the same Temperature but now with airflow around it. To stress the CPU im using CPUID CPU-Z ,for the temperature Corsair Link and Speccy. If anyone got any idea what is happening to my little baby please respond. Thanks.
